“Orsirin,” a leader in real estate development for both horizontal and vertical projects in Chiang Mai, announces a partnership with Chiang Mai Rimdoi Public Company Limited to sign a construction contract for the luxury condominium project ASTRA Sky River in Chiang Mai<\/span>, with a total project value exceeding 2.3 billion baht. Completion is expected by 2022, and preparations are underway for a stock market listing, with APM appointed as the financial advisor.<\/strong><\/p>

Mr. Pridikorn Buranupakorn, Director of Orsirin Holding Co., Ltd., revealed that the company, a leader in real estate development in Chiang Mai, has been established since 2006 and has successfully completed 25 projects totaling 3,429 units with a combined project value of 10 billion baht. Projects include single houses, townhomes, condominiums, and commercial buildings, such as Orsirin 11, Orsirin 14, and Believe Ring Road-Sankampang, as well as townhome projects like Orsirin Ville Don Chan and Orsirin 6, and condominium projects like The Next 1-3, The Next Premier, The Next Jedyod, Arise Mahidol, and The Astra, along with commercial buildings like Urban Myx Hang Dong and Orsirin Business Center 3 in locations such as Tha Rua, San Sai, and Chiang Khong. The company is currently planning a business restructuring and preparing for a stock market registration, appointing Asset Pro Management Co., Ltd. as its financial advisor.
